City of Battle Ground recently issued the following announcement.

Do you want to get your hands dirty, helping us clean up a local waterway?  We are partnering with the Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership to plant native trees and shrubs in Hidden Glen Park, creating a healthier and resilient environment for humans and wildlife.  Increasing native vegetation along Woodin Creek will make our local waterway be cleaner, cooler, and provide healthier habitat for fish and other wildlife.

Please join us for this community volunteer opportunity.  Pre-registration is required and space is limited.  All ages and abilities are welcome!  Find detailed information, including location and registration at:
