City of Vancouver lodging tax grant applications for projects or events that increase overnight and day-visit tourism will be available starting Monday, Aug. 22, and are due at 5 p.m.
on Thursday, Aug. 25.
Lodging tax grants are available to non-profit and tourism organizations with projects, events or activities that increase visits to the city or help increase tourism-related revenues for
future events. The grants are funded through a four percent lodging tax on hotel, motel and bed and breakfast stays.
