Of the 20,931 people living in Battle Ground in 2020, 51.3 percent (10,730) were women and 48.7 percent (10,201) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Vancouver Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 345. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,344 females and 1,015 males.
