Of the 642 people living in Cherry Grove in 2020, 50.5 percent (324) were women and 49.5 percent (318) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Vancouver Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 21. In the 65 and over age range, there were 62 females and 61 males.
