Of the 19,506 people living in Salmon Creek in 2020, 53.1 percent (10,357) were women and 46.9 percent (9,149) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Vancouver Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 578. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,931 females and 1,724 males.
