Last week deputies participated in the UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) school where they became certified UAS Pilots!
The Sheriff’s Office utilizes UAS for many purposes such as:
✅ To Record and Photograph Crime scenes
✅ Search and Rescue Missions
✅ Hazmat Response
✅ High Risk Tactical Operations
✅ Disaster and Fire Response
