The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Heidi St. John, Friends of Heidi St. John, refunded $50 to Cemal Richards on May 3, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Friends of Heidi St. John has refunded $50 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
