Of the 158 people living in Pine Grove in 2019, 32.3 percent (51) were women and 67.7 percent (107) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Vancouver Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 55-to-32. In the 65 and over age range, there were nine females and 26 males.
