Assessor Peter Van Nortwick and Treasurer Alishia Topper will be sworn in at 8 am Tuesday in the second-floor joint lobby of the Public Service Center. Superior Court Judge Emily A. Sheldrick will administer the oath of office. Van Nortwick and Topper were both re-elected last month.

John Horch was sworn in on Dec. 22 as Clark County sheriff. He will succeed retiring Sheriff Chuck Atkins. Retired Judge Rich Melnick administered the oath of office.
