Hinton Development representative and friend of the Melo family, Nikole Duke shared her regards for the park’s dedicatee, “Joe Melo was an active member of building Clark County and when he was taken early from us it seemed that the best way to honor his impact was to build a park incorporating the very aspects that made him Joe.”
