All City of Vancouver municipal offices are closed Dec. 23. Essential personnel are expected to report to work as regularly scheduled. City offices will open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27. 

Firstenburg and Marshall Community Centers are closed on Dec. 23.  All programs and camps are canceled.
