Build Your Own Dream Catcher – Virtually on February 24, 2022

Clark College recently issued the following announcement.

Come join the APB virtually on Thursday, Feb. 24 at 1:00pm where students can create their own dream catcher.

Pre-sign up forms.office.com… and we will mail the dream catchers to you.

The word in most Native American languages for Dream Catcher is the same word used for “spider”. (Hence the web-like base of the ever popular dream catcher.)

We provide a hand wrapped leather base, which has already been pre-webbed by hand.  The students have their choice of size to individualize their creation. The students start with the base “web” already prepared and are able to focus on their design. It can be easy to get caught up in the tedium of tying knots for a web!  We provide all the supplies to decorate and embellish.
